Alkaline is wanted by the police for questioning
Earlan Bartley, more popularly known as Alkaline, is being sought by the police.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Branch headquarters revealed yesterday that the popular deejay was wanted for questioning in relation to the murder of Rohan Morris.
The police believe the deejay could be helpful in their investigations surrounding the murder, and have asked that he reports to the Area Four Headquarters, Harman Barracks in Vineyard Town by 5 p.m. today.
The police have also revealed that if the deejay does not turn himself in for questioning in the time stipulated, they will be forced to launch a search for him.
THE STAR sought to get a confirmation from the deejay's management on whether or not they were aware of the police's request, but were unsuccessful.
Morris was gunned down at his home in Maverley, St Andrew, sometime last month. He was allegedly lying in bed with his daughter when gunmen kicked off the door to his room and opened fire on him. He was shot multiple times. The child was unharmed.
