Court pushes Corey Todd, Devin Di Dakta saga to 2017
The trial involving business man Corey Todd and dancehall deejay Devin Di Dakta has been postponed until 2017.
The postponement comes following the absence of Todd who was reportedly overseas caring for his mother who is not well, according to his lawyer, Peter Champagnie.
A new date of January 25 was set.
Corey Todd is facing charges of malicious destruction of property and assault occasioning bodily harm.
