Jahmiel gets 'buss' on BET Soul
Reggae/dancehall artiste Jahmiel continues to make positive strides in his career, as the music video for his song, 'Years To Come', has been officially added to BET Soul.

The record will be aired on the popular international television station on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 8 a.m, 4 p.m, and midnight EST, respectively.

"This is a great for me and my team as we look to get the music to as many persons as possible. To be added to an international platform like BET it can only help to open more doors for me," the artiste said.

The artiste, who is working on establishing an international fan base, recently made appearances on some of the major festivals in Europe, Canada, and United States. In addition to marketing his brand to reggae fans overseas, the singer also plans to release his debut album in 2017.
Years To Come is produced by Quantanium Records and Patriotz Muzik, while the accompanying video footage was directed by Warrior Films.

Jahmiel explained that the music video was designed to appeal to the international market. He also noted that he hopes the lyrical content will be an inspiration to fans of social commentary and conscious music.

"In life, you can easily get distracted from your goals when you are told, 'you will not make it,' or persons take certain actions to stop you from shining. These things can affect your mental drive and in return discourage you from pursuing your dream," he said.

"In this song, I am speaking to anyone who ever felt there is a roadblock in their way. I say to them keep focused, never get distracted, years to come, you will make it."

Jahmiel was recently pulled into the lyrical feud involving deejays Mavado and Popcaan. However, aside from a few subliminal shots taking aim specifically at Notnice Records, Jahmiel continues to promote socially conscious messages through his music.
